They come with lovely sparkle poppers and in fab clear packs as shown. The best thing about them is the plain white appliqué heart design – where you (or the kids!*) can get creative. They come with 3 double ended (thick and thin) non-toxic fabric pens for you to draw your own special designs. They make brilliant gifts and are a fun activity for parents, grandparents etc to spend time with the children creating something special.
