There’s a very good reason why Dotty Owl has been quiet the last few weeks… Since early January I have been working my socks off on a brand new and totally unique product range. It features sparkles, cute animals, rainbows, rose gold & bows! Everything is very girly at the moment – with a view to adding some similar products more aimed at boys in the future.

‘Popper Charms by Dotty Owl’ will be launched at the beginning of May – so watch this space for lots more information and giveaways on my Facebook Dotty Owl page too! I am just sooooo excited!

Hooray for another Pleated Zippered Pouch! – I love this fabric soooo much! This was another end of term teacher gift… I couldn’t resist adding a Swarovski heart button for extra sparkle!

Personalised Heart Cushions (your artwork or photo added)

I sewed these cushions for end of term teacher gifts. They can be personalised with children’s special artwork – or anything else you would like added! The other cushion shown here was a gift and I added the photograph of the sheep to the heart.

Here are the latest creations at Dotty Owl! These Messenger Bags feature a fantastic drawing by 6 year old Ross. They are slightly larger than the Mini Messenger Bags I have made in the past – so are a perfect adult size.

I can’t believe how long it’s been since I posted to Dotty Owl!

I have been so busy with orders that I haven’t had any spare time to share my latest creations! I have 24 items to add (yes, I counted them!)… so hopefully I’ll post some more before too long…

In the meantime, here is one of my favourites! It’s a twist on the Gilets that I have already been making. It’s reversible with easy velcro fastening as before – I can add any design on the back panel. Either in a heart shape as shown or a star, rectangle etc – there are lots of possibilities! This one shows a Unicorn embroidered design – as always, I can add a name too… I have some lovely royal blue with stars fabric too – so maybe I’ll try that next…
