This week I have been having fun with embroidery and have come up with this new design for a Keepsake Zippered Pouch bag… It is perfect for storing a child’s first shoes or the babygrow that they wore in the hospital etc. They make lovely original gifts too, especially for Christenings or a gift for a new mum.

I can personalise the front with their name:

… and the reverse with a line of text (up to aprox 8 words) in this case one of my favourite sayings ‘if daughters were flowers, i’d pick you’,

The pouch is fully lined with the same fabric (in this case, blue spotty) as the reverse of the bag. It has a zip closure and a bow with satin rose detail.
